SALES - With our knowledge of the market we work closely with our vendors throughout the sales process, to achieve the best prices and outcomes. Buyers are also an important part of the process, so we keep them updated on market values and in constant communication.
RENTALS - We build relationships with both tenants and owners. Owners are contacted and informed throughout the rental agreement. Our rental services include ~Tenant selection~ Entry & exit reports~ 3 monthly inspections ~Maintenance ~All legal requirements ~Rent control ~We work hard for our Landlords.
TRAINING - GET Ready2rent: This is mainly for people who are new to renting or having difficulty gaining a rental property. We cover all aspects of seeking, apply and living in a rental property. What tenant and property manager expections are as well as some TIPS AND TRICKS of the trade.

Dee has more than 25 years of experience in Property Management, Sales and Business Development within the Real Estate Industry, including working for major Franchised Agents.

In 2013 I took the exciting step of starting my own Property Management Business with the full support of my current property investors and employees. Together we are steaming ahead very successfully.
Dee is a peoples person. She's also a good judge of character. This makes her the woman to go to for all your tenant management needs. From applications to tenant enquiries and everything in between, Dee's calm, matter-of-fact attitude can handle all the work for you! Life skills, maturity and experience are all keys to an excellent working relationship.
Dee is also an experienced and qualified Trainer who has started 2 seperate training programs marketing through
Rhino Property Agents. Seeing a need for tenants wanting some assistance in gaining a rental property, in this housing shortage. Dee has set up and is delivering a training program for this, emphysising on what property managers look for, legistlation for tenants and owners. Tips and Tricks
